I started to build my Tribute to Simon Wellington today. I have known Simon for about 9 years now since I started to work for Tally Ho as a driver. He started off as my employer but very soon became a friend. As time passed I was promoted to the post of allocations manager which meant I spent a lot of time with Simon. He trained and taught me in my new post he let me make my own mistakes and then showed me how to correct them.The trust Simon put in me was overwhelming. I was trained by the best and am sure it shows in the way I go about my job today. I have lots of friends but only a very few I would call best friends 'friends you would trust your life with'. Simon is one of my best friends. One of the nice guys.
